Job Profile: Should be a good leader, administrator, with good planning skills and disciplined. At the same time, should also be approachable and understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s standards with the help of hairdressing and beauty services, ensure all client receive best quality service (possible)
• Your salon worksheet must be neat and clean
• Concentrate on your salon target with the help of day to day target by A.S.M. and make them possible. For this you have to know your staff’s target and every day how much they have to do, for complete this in daily work if staff book some packages and treatment, they can easily complete and salon business also improve.
• Make sure customers are happy  with the service before they leave
• Reminders to customer  for their  appointments
• Getting organized
• Making appointments & telephone Skills
• Handling cash counter – For that we want someone who must be presentable & enthusiastic. Good in communication, client handling, managing the salon work, handling the staff properly.
• The working hours will be normal 10 hours & salary will be decided according to their experience
