Shiatsu massages - 

Combining the therapeutic effectiveness of the eastern and western styles of massage, shiatsu offers finger pressure point massage along the body’s energy meridians and acupressure points.

Deep tissue massages -

This a strong pressure massage concentrated on reliving pains and tensions on the deepest layer of the muscle tissues.

Sports massage  -

Sports massage is centered for athletes in keeping their muscles and tissues in best condition. Sports massage is great before or after an event it prepares the body for maximum performance though loosening of the muscles to achieve greater flexibility. It is also for those wanting to flush out toxins and speed up recovery time.

Prenatal massages -

Prenatal massage helps to drain out the excessive fluids that causes discomfort of aches and pains associated during pregnancy. Prenatal massages aids achieving relaxation and increase in breathing, techniques necessary for labor and delivery.

Reflexology -

A method of ancient healing art that relieves the nervous tension of the body through the application of the finger pressures onto the feet. Parts of the foot are known to correspond to a specific part of the body and hence treating the foot can have a relaxing and healing effect on the whole body.

Hot Stone Massages   -

An ultimately indulging massage, hot stone massage incorporates Swedish or shiatsu massage with the deep penetrating heat of the basalt stones placed and glided or chakra points throughout the body.
